Crap, I am all teary-eyed. You all are right of course. Sheesh, just when I was getting all happy inside with my "balanced" eating, enjoying my wine and exercising my arse off...I think that is what threw me...it was like, "okay, now that I am finally starting to feel good, I must be doing everything wrong because Mitch thinks I look bulky and eat too much". You know what I mean.
This too shall pass, and one big old ((HUG)) for all you wise, wise women, gosh I love you guys thanks for putting it into the proper perspective.
So my ipod went kaput today, but I finished itrain 60 minutes, number 9! Wow. Its a fast runners dream, I even "ran" a bit, if you like fast and flat, this is the one. I also did a light arms workout...yeah, light. As in 25 reps, only two exercises for each, biceps and triceps...Zzzzzz. Actually it was fine. Oh, I sorta played around with the kettleball workout, that Goddess one? Guess what? There isn't any music at all, no background noise except the gals breathing which was a little disconcerting to say the least....
BG, am lovin' that word "TARD". As in "tired?" Feeling pooped huh? Me too. *passes a cup of joe* cheers! Maybe this will help. I am gonna nap this afternoon I think...or at least try. Thanks for your words of wisdom chica, I really appreciate you.
Kristi, your workouts make me tired! You and that Allison boy, you all are incredible, actually you all are! Thanks for your sage advice, 19 years is a long time, so I am listening!

I just cleaned the boat again, you have to do this more often since its a smaller space and with Georgie, well, all that black hair is gross.
