Ok I will start this thread. I did PS Strong Legs and abs today and managed a 60 pound squat:7 , even did 60 pounds for sit and stands also. Whoo hoo for me, that is the most I have managed usually I stop at 55 pounds. Just thought for today I would try 60 and managed to get it over my head and down twice each.
Just had to brag on myself.:+
