Ok I will start this thread. I did PS Strong Legs and abs today and managed a 60 pound squat:7 , even did 60 pounds for sit and stands also. Whoo hoo for me, that is the most I have managed usually I stop at 55 pounds. Just thought for today I would try 60 and managed to get it over my head and down twice each.:D Just had to brag on myself.:+ :p

Hope everybody else had a great workout today!!:D

I did PS too but only back and biceps. I also raised the bar -- 40 lb for biceps! My goal is to survive ME biceps with a 25 lb bar without struggling.
I also did 50 min cardio, 20 min bike, 20 min nordictrack and 10 min row.
 
Congrats on 60lbs!! I just did that one the other day and increased to 60 myself...:)...today was Leaner Legs and the abs plus PUB chest, shoulders, and biceps. Then the first two drills from KPC and 15 min of Nordic track.....:)...Carole
