Hello everyone
I'm definitely fried today. Not much time -- so I did a 20 min high intensity interval session on the stairmaster, followed by KPC abs. After that I did S&H tricpes and Bodymax triceps. I won't bew able to lift up the hairdryer -- I know many of you are very familiar with that feeling, right?
