TWO THUMBS UP!!

WOW :eek: :eek:. This one is deceivingly tough! I did this little gem yesterday with no modifications and got a terrific cardio workout in under 30min. I had sweat rolling into my eyes, in my mouth, my hair and clothes were SOAKED!
If you want a short, sweet (or not so sweet ;)), intense cardio session, this baby's for you :D

I did that premix Monday of last week because I was short on time. I had sweat dripping off my elbows and chin when I went to the floor to stretch. I got it in my eyes, mouth, and nose! And that was the short segment of the real workout! These new workouts make me sweat! I thought Afterburn was a good sweatfest but these two new ones are champs!

Did this premix yesterday. Love it the sweat that comes from just under half an hour of this premix is just unbelievable!

I would not do this prior to my leg day on split program cause it does burn my legs!
