TTC & Preggers ~ Week of April 27

Jen- are we married to the same man? I got a call yesterday from a delivery company looking to schedule a time to drop off our new tv. HUh? I thought I'd been victim of a credit card fraud, but it was just my husband, eager to stimulate the economy (in all fairness, he needs it for his work studio so it is a write off, but still...)

MSJ- love your evening. I LOVE Rush. And Weird Al. Not so much on Queensryche. When you say dug up your yard, did you divide stuff or just move it around? I split a bunch of stuff Wednesday. I felt so thrifty.

MOrris- baby 2+ opens a whole new dimension to how a family loves one another. I think there is no greater gift to a child than a sibling.

Kate- I only had showers with baby #1, but I buy/receive gifts (usually $10 under) for all subsequent babies.

Maggie, Your gardening sounds so nice. Glad you and your girls are having fun. You are such a good mom. How nice on all your showers! (I would throw you one!) LOL on your 2-yo!!!

Kristan, What a nice article! Your kitchen is beautiful! I love ss appliances! Funny on Dh stimulating the economy - Dh says the same thing about me! I love to have our rooms painted so I'm completely on a first-name basis with our painter. Dh says I keep the painter's profits up and ours down!

Just finished Cardio Fusion, minus the DM drills. I was way too hot and sweaty. It is so muggy here. Here comes the longest, hottest summer ever! I've never been pg in summer - kinda dreading it.
 
kate, great job with the workout. i have not been pregnant in summer and would not like that, but nursing can be just as hot i think! your sister definately owes you for baby sitting. how many years between you? dh and i went out to dinner. i had a delicious salad and mussels. mmmmmm. my friend insists on throwing a 2nd baby shower for me. i tried to refuse, but it will be small, at least. i like the idea of sprinkles

maggie, cute story about your showers. i agree it can feel funny after the first, but what do you do?

jen, hope dh likes his new tv. my dh wants one, but i think we will wait a year or so and see if we are moving or not so we know what space we have. i think he wants a rather large one. i'd like a little tv in my workout room (not the one i use) for ds so he could watch something while i exercise.

we had a great morning here. took ds to a farm so he saw goats, sheep, chickens, pigs, and rabbits. he loved it!!! then we all went for a nice hike in the woods. i was feeling so energetuc after i did imax 3!!! cannot believe i could do all the jumps, but it felt good. we'll se how i feel tomorrow}( }( off to do errands this rainy day. bbl:)

MOrris, You're such a good mom! Glad you two had fun at the farm! I have nursed in the summer (dd2 was born at the end of may) and yes, that was hot and sticky. Ages of my siblings are older bro is 31, I'm 28, sis 21?? (I think..she's from dad's 2nd marriage which was shorter than a pregnancy! I never see her). My sisters I am closest to are 18 and 16. WTG on Imax 3! You're a robot!
 
Hi everyone! DS is sick with stomach pains and I'm thinking he might have what DH had last week. No fever or nausea, but just stomach pains, gas, and bathroom visits. I didn't get much sleep last night so I feel lousy right now. I did get my 2chix shirt today though! Anyway, sounds like everyone is keeping busy this weekend. Sorry for the lack of personals, but my brain is not working too well with the lack of sleep.
