tricep dips

Hi Cathe, I'm really enjoying working out with you each morning!! I do have a question though. When I do the tricep dips on the step, my wrists hurt. Is there another move which would do the same thing? Or, will my wrists get stronger over time if I keep at it?
 
do as many dips as you can before you wrist feel uncomfortable and then switch to tricep dips. also had some wrist curls to your weight work(maybe when doing biceps) to help strengthen your wrists and make sure they are in proper alignment when doing dips. just a suggestion :D

You can substitute the tricep dips with overhead french press. Pat does this as a substitute for the dips in Cathe's Pure Strength series.
