Tri-Stater Luncheon 12/14 @ Ruby Tuesday in Deptford Mall

A few of us were chatting yesterday after class @ Cathe's and this time, date, and place seemed to work for us...so let's make it official..or as official as an unofficial gathering could be, anyway...

Sunday, December 14th 2 pm at the Deptford Mall Ruby Tuesday's..hope to see the familar faces, and some new ones as well.

I'm particularly excited because my wife Diane will be joining us, I have wanted her to meet some of the friends I have made on the forums.

Jerry, it's on my calendar!!! I cannot WAIT to see you again, and meet the wonderful woman behind the awesome gentleman who has become a friend of mine! (that's you....in case I need to be specific! LOL)

My kids will be coming with me to enjoy a nice weekend as well!

I already posted I have plans on the 14th.:( You guys are brave for picking the Deptford Mall during Christmas season!! I may be able to pop in for an hour (not sure yet what time my party starts) but traffic and parking may factor into that. Maybe with the economy the mall area won't be so horrendous this year, but usually I avoid that area on weekends unless I can get in and out early. Have fun!! I'll catch the next one if I can't make it this time.;)

The main reason for choosing this place is because it's family friendly, and I know Gayle will have her kids with her..perhaps others will as well.

I'm sure we'd be open to suggestions as to a nice family friendly restaurant that didn't include a mall...feel free to offer up an alternative...this goes for anyone interested as well.

Using bungee cords to tie your own kids down..that's just wrong...Cathe resistance bands would work so much better....:D

LMAO! You guys are so funny.............I hope I didn't offend, I should've used a smiley in my post. :p You know me, I'm a giant Jersey food snob. ;)

Anyway, I guess I can suck it up & eat at a Ruby Tuesdays. But I might be jetting down for Cathe's step class on Friday (still waiting for confirmation from a certain someone--you know who you are! :mad::cool::eek:). If I don't go Friday I'll see y'all on Sunday. Let me know if you need more duct tape, I just paid off my Home Depot card. :D
 
DId ya know you can buy duct tape at the DOLLAR STORE! Quite cheap, I'd say!

Laura, keep me posted on the Friday step class. I'm making it a weekend with and for my kids. SO I can either hit the Friday class and stay the weekend, or stay the weekend and hit MOnday's class.

I will eat just about anywhere, so location doesn't really matter to me. I just want to enjoy you guys and the sights and sounds of the holidays.
I can do Friday's step AND Monday's torture session. Just let me know

My kids are soooo excited to have friends come over!!!
Jerry, we are planning DW in early June. Can you give me some good ideas about itinerary etc. That would be wonderful

Yes, I'll be there for lunch. I told my daughters(15,17) that they are coming so they can watch any kids that come too!! They are all for it as long as they get a trip to the mall! :)

Yea, the mall will be madness, but that's OK with me.

I love the mall at that time of year. As long as I don't have to shop!!!

Ellie, I don't know about YOUR boys, but my boys will make Phyllis' DDs run and hide! LOL (just kidding, honestly).

Phyllis-I'm excited you can make it! I've been wanting to talk to you about how your August RT went, but just didn't have (or take) the time. And......you're not old enough to have kids that old!!!!

OK, I got confirmation that I will NOT be attending Cathe's Fri step class. So I'm in! Can't wait to meet you guys! :)

Can I make one little request? Can we eat at the Sage Diner in Mount Laurel? It's on rt 73, immediately off turnpike exit 4 & it's one of the best restaurants in south Jersey. VERY easy to find & fantabulous food!

It's OK if you don't want to change, I'm just throwing it out there. Either way I'll see you on the 14th. However, I will NOT be sitting on anyone's lap. (unless Stewie makes a surprise appearance :D)
