How do you get the 'best burn' in your rear & thighs when on a treadmill? I seem to only feel it in my calves. I've tried everything from walking, running, then walking on an incline.
The other option with walking on the treadmill on an incline is to SLOOOOW the speed down and do more "lunge" movements kicking the back lef out when you come up. Tracey Staehle does it in her Walking Strong treadmill workout. It is a good bun burner!
