Hi everyone, I'd love Cathe to do DVDs that have different types of treadmill and spinning workouts - intervals and steady state.
Perhaps even a workout that has both pieces of equipment involved in the one session to help us train for duathlons/triathlons.
I'm using Troy Jacobson's Spinervals and Runevals at the moment which are great but I'd love Cathe to do something similar.
