Travel rotation

Anyone have a good travel rotation? I found out this week that I will likely be traveling 1 week out of each of the next 3 months and don't want to give up my Cathe workouts while I'm on the road. I expect to be staying at hotels with a fitness center, and I plan to make use of the treadmill.

Hi - I just came back from a press tour - same situation.

I haven't tried KickMax yet but that's one you might be able to run from your PC in the hotel workout rooms if you can get one with enough room.

In the rooms themselves I use CoreMax, StretchMax and took along Debbie Siebers Keep It Up/Slim in Six Pack and Firm It Up for my primary workouts, from the BeachBody Slim Series. Keep It Up/Six Pack takes 51 minutes to do both of them and uses just a resistance band and Firm It Up is 60 minutes and concentrates on lower body and doesn't require any equipment.

I hope that helps - it got me through this last 2 week press tour without losing any fitness or gaining any weight - a first :)
