Travel Fit

I originally posted this to the "Questions and Comments" forum. Since I'm asking about making another workout, I thought the post should go here. I hope you'll consider this.

I love the Travel Fit workout! My daughter and I have limited space in which to work out. There's also the concern of my granddaughter trying to pick up dumbbells. Travel Fit is perfect for limited space and little equipment. Please Cathe, can you do one more DVD using the resistance bands?

I like Travel Fit a lot too. It is a no fuss workout with minimal set up and put away time. I would love another resistance band workout from Cathe.

I've been enjoying this one too! I've used it in half a dozen different hotels - it's a nice way to get some strength training in on the road. Very upbeat and time efficient.
