Tower Issue

I just put my tower together today - but one of the vertical upright posts is too long. There is supposed to be only 1 hole at the top, but one of the posts has 2 holes, and therefore it's about an extra inch too long.

Should I call Altus directly about this issue? I don't want to have to get a saw to cut this thing.

Take it out and look at the other end and I bet you'll find the two holes - my thinking is that you have it upside down. Good luck

Interesting....both my posts have 2 holes at the top and bottom and I had no trouble getting it together. Not sure where the problem is. I agree that maybe you should pull it back apart and see if you have put it together incorrectly.

It sounds like you have one post in backwards. let us know if this is not the case.

I checked and the post is not backwards. I installed 2 spring clips on each post at the bottom, so it's not upside down.

Jut my bad luck that I'm the only one with this issue!
