It's so funny how different we all are. For me, the toughest hands down is LowMax. I do it on a 8" step and it just kills me! It just must be the non-stop progression, because I was doing a variation of the January rotation and interspersed segments from Imax2 with LowMax, (on a 6" step though) and got throught that! But LowMax on an 8" is by the far the hardest for me. Not cardiovascularly, but in the legs. Burn baby burn! And I have strong legs too! I just don't get it.
