RE: How Long on this Rotation?
Hi Everyone,
When I read Cathe's After Baby notes on the Behind the Scenes page, I saw that Cathe's regular workouts didn't get her in shape. It was by doing this Intensity workout that she lost the stubborn weight and tightened up in 8 weeks.
And yet, while she losing this weight, and creating the new videos, there still is the time factor involved. She was still doing this intensity idea during rehearsal and of course the taping of the videos themselves.
I'm figuring that would amount to 12 weeks, as she said "rehearsals lasted about a month." ?? Please correct me if I am reading this wrong.
I am having great results with this rotation. Granted I add more to it as I work out 2 hours most everyday...(that is just me. Also look at AmyFit's schedule
) The only thing I am missing is Slow and Heavy series. I figure I can factor this in. It is just a matter of scheduling, right? LOL
March 1, will be my 'tell all' day. That is when I will measure again. That will be the end of my 8 weeks on this rotation. If I've lost any more, even if it is 1/8 of an inch since my last measurements, I will continue on and go for 12. My DH says I've never looked this good.
That in itself is an incentive to keep on doing what is working. ;-)
One of my problems has been, doing a class I wanted to do not necessarily something high intensity. I figured I was working out... that was the main thing.
That reasoning is good to a point. I rememeber Tracy Long once said that "some people hate to do lunges. What you hate to do is what you need to do the most."
