1. Running intervals uphill, both ways;) off road
2. Jump rope- its the kid in me, I can't help it:p
3. Yoga Today with Sarah Kline

Yoga Today - Sarah Kline :) Great to see another fan!
Cardio Coach - All volumes - especially 4,2,8
Kelly Coffey Meyer - 30 minute dvds

Rapid Breath, If you like Sarah Kline, you may like Christina Pedersen's Yoga dvds at myyogavideo.com. I have the Intermediate to Advanced one and it is mostly do-able. The DVDs are affordable and the shipping is very reasonable.

Gosh, I thought this was going to be easy since I have a huge video library, but I had a hard time picking out three - Cathe is my mainstay and what I reach for the most!
