Took the Gym Style series plunge after class today!

As if an hour of Cathe torture wasn't enough, I decided to "reward" myself for my recent recovery week by purchasing the Gym Style series. It probably would have been smarter to just wait for STS, but I've never been accused of being a rocket scientist.
 
Let me know how it goes, I've been pondering this one, too. I keep thinking I can wait til STS comes, but the credit card keeps wanting to come out. I did order Butts and Guts today though, I couldn't help it!:p:p Now, if I can just intercept the package before DH sees it;)

Oh the GS series is sooooooooooooooo worth it, Jer! GREAT purchase. I adore this series. I always have DOMS like no other after GS Chest and Tri's--enjoy those pushups! And GS Legs is probably my favorite Cathe leg workout.

GS is my all time favorite too. I would buy it all over again if I had to! I love both upper and lower. GS is my DH's favorite too:D
 
Ooooh, Jerry, did I help to enable you today? You're going to love it! It's a great series and will keep you busy while we're waiting for STS. Let us know how you like it, and be prepared to burn!:eek::eek:
 
Jerry, you cannot go wrong with Gym Styles. I am finishing up a 5 week rotation, and I have dropped 6 pounds and really upped my weights this time. These workouts are AWESOME, you will not be sorry!!

Hi CollinsMom, I was wondering if you wouldn't mind sharing your rotation schedule using GS. Over the past 5 weeks, I've been doing a rotation with MM, ME, SS, and sometimes PP, mixed in with all different Kickbox dvds and bootcamp. I want to now to do a heavier lifting rotation with GS. Thanks!
 
Jerry, I'm smack dab in the middle of a GS rotation....you'll love it, and it goes great with kickbox ;) Oh, OK....goes great with anything.
