<--stayed in heart rate target zone today for 50 minutes, which is a personal best for <--
<--went to dry cleaner, picked up some salad greens and took out the garbage
<--now has to take a shower, do ab workout, cut up cantaloupes, change sheets and start to try to organize this place
<--hopes her energy level keeps up
<--says wish me luck ladies!
