Hi Cathe,
This the first time that I write to you, usually I 'm in contact with my dear Nancy. My name is Chiara I'm italian and I leave in Rome. I write this time only to say that this new dvd are special, all of your dvd are great but this time you superate your self. besides to be beautifull lessons ( I make also Kickbox with great pleasure even if I'm not a fun of it in general)the premix is fantastic, made in a very intelligent way.
