Hi all,

I just wanted to take a minute to say hello to all of the wonderful ladies whom I met at the roadtrip. To those of you whom I promised to send pictures, I have not forgotten. I have been swamped with school and work since the road trip, and I haven't had a chance to get back on the forums. The good news is that the storm is calming, and I should be back on the forums this upcoming weekend.

I want each of you to know that it was great to have met and worked out together, and for those whom I haven't met yet, I'm sure our paths will cross in due time.

Have a WONDERFUL day, and remember to live each day to the fullest. I am a prime example that when you let work consume you, life passes you by......LIVE STRONG

Hi Nia! It's great to have you back with us -- we've missed you, buff girl!

How's the training coming along? I can't believe you can fit that in with everything else in your life! When is the competition? September, right??

P.S. Your pictures are SO wonderful! I can't believe the changes in your body since your first NPC competition in 2003. And your family and friends are ALL beautiful!!!!! Thanks for sharing all that with us, honey bun!! :)

I remember you from the trip! :) We really didn't get a chance to meet, but I sure do remember you! :) Thanks for sharing your pix...they're absolutely gorgeous! :)
 
Hi, Nia!

I remember seeing you in the lobby of the hotel the first day and saying "I KNOW YOU!!!" (Hope I didn't scare you!) You are even more gorgeous in person and you're very sweet. Looking forward to seeing more posts!

I was wondering where you've been. I'm glad I met you! You are as pretty in person as you are in your pictures! And very sweet, too.

Are you still doing spinning at Gold's? Maybe one of these days, Nadine and I can come to your spin class! That'd be so much fun! ;)
