To Get a Chest Like Cathe's

How does she do it? How do ALL the girls on Cathe's videos do it, for that matter? Develop pec muscles like that? I am in absolute awe and must now get some for myself. If I want to have that firmness, how many times a week should I be working pecs? 2 times? 3 times? And do you just add Cathe's chest workouts to the end of whatever video you are doing that day? If someone could give me a chest rotation, I would be so grateful! And if any of you have had success turning your chest into one like Cathe's using her workouts, I would love love love to hear it!

Once a week, heavy, plus maybe a circuit once a week and don't forget to trim the fat on top. I love working chest, its fun.
 
Want to make sure you keep balance too, if you over do one part, you might start to neglect others, I think it all has to be done with balance. But I agree, heavy weights and fat loss.
 
Ok, I'll be honest, when I first read the thread title, I was like, um, get a boob job! That aside, I read that pushups could make those happen in women and it strengthens your arms and core in the meantime as well.

I agree, lift heavy, balance with back workouts, and trim the fat!!!!! Lots of hard work and lots of push ups too!

Ok, I'll be honest, when I first read the thread title, I was like, um, get a boob job! That aside, I read that pushups could make those happen in women and it strengthens your arms and core in the meantime as well.
 
Always include incline chest work in your chest workouts, as it helps fill in the 'cleavage" area.

Also, as Dela mentioned, don't forget to balance with back work (some of Cathe's earlier workouts, especially, overwork the chest vs back, which can lead to postural problems and should problems as well).

And ditto to some of the other comments ;).

I want arms and shoulders like Cathe, come to think of it her abs, legs and glutes too. I better get off the computer and start another round of STS.
 
One's diet also plays a role in getting that defined look. Even if you lift heavy, you won't see the muscle definition if one is eating pizza every day. ;-)

Just what i was going to add diet is 80%!!! I had actually just noticed everyones defined chest also while doing SM the other day. Very Nice ladies!:D
