Timesaver DVD's

I am thinking of getting the timesaver DVD's in the near future. I am okay now because I am at stay home mom and have more time to do my workouts in the morning.

But when I, God willing, start working next year, I will be more pressed for time and will be doing workouts in the evening.

How are the timesaver working out for those of you that don't have much time and work out of the house all day?

Thanks.

The Timesaver DVD is made up of bits and pieces of the Body Blast Series and each workout is about 45 minutes in length. There is around 30 minutes of cardio, followed by 15 minutes of weight work (with a different body part being worked in each workout). I actually prefer CTX over Timesaver for shorter workouts. I have all the other Body Blast DVDs, so Timesaver is a bit redundant to me. If you are new to Cathe, however, Timesaver is a good introduction to her stuff. But, if you already have some of the other Body Blast workouts, I'd get CTX instead.

Thank you for your reply. Which one is CTX?

It's full name is Cross Train Xpress. It has two DVDs with six separate workouts. The workouts go something like this:

Kickboxing plus one upper body part plus core
Step plus one upper body part
Step and Intervals plus one ubp plus abs
Step/Kickbox/Hi-Low plus one ubp
Step/Lower Body Circuit plus one upb plus abs
Lower Body Weight Workout plus abs

Also included is an hour long compilation of all the upper body exercises, as well as a compilation of all the ab routines.

It's one of my favorite series; there are so many ways to use it.

The CTX series is great! I do like Timesaver also. If you're looking for more of a strength series though CTX wins hands down. I love the weight routines.

I do like the kickboxing routine on timesaver though.:)

Get them both;-)
