Timesaver DVD - anyone use it this way?

Anyone ever use the entire DVD as a one week rotation doing each workout as is each day?

I just thought this would be a fun one week rotation to stick inbetween rotations or when you just don't feel like working out too hard but feel you need to do something.

What do you all think?
 
I used the Timersaver that way for a couple of months, and only started rotating in other workouts when I started getting too used to the routines (i.e. I didn't have to work as hard).
 
I've done this before when I've been pressed for time, but now what I mostly use the timesaver dvd is a add on. I do weights first and then I add on one of the time savers cardio's.
 
I think that's a great idea! I usually just use it as add on cardio, or I do two of the cardio sections for an hour long w/o.
 
are any of her cardios 30 minutes? That's about all I can do right now and I belive i will hit my HIIT at that time also. (high intesity Interval training)
