Timesaver Body Blast Serie

I never did this one. The only thing is that I can't just do one of the workouts if one day I don't have much time. It doesn't work the whole body. I have to do the 5 workouts in the same week. But they are so short. So I guess it's more for these weeks I am more in a rush. Do you use this one a lot?
 
I don't have the Timesaver DVD, but I love the Body Blast series. If you are planning to use it, you could always double up the weight work on a day that you have more time. That way you would be sure to work each muscle group within the week. HTH!:)
 
Timesaver was my first Cathe DVD purchase. It worked out well, as I was new to her choreography and didn't have the stamina for long cardio at the time. It encouraged me that Cathe was someone I could grow with. Just because I couldn't use the weights she used, I could still use the poundage that worked for me. I got used to skipping around the DVD and putting together an upper body workout using sections from 3 or 4 of the workouts.

I gradually acquired the rest of the BodyBlast series over time and found I didn't use my Timesaver anymore. Then I sold it.

I think it's a great DVD to have just for the amount of footage and variety that's on it - wonderful for a first purchase. If you have the rest of the series, it's not a "must have".

Oooh, I LOVE my Timesaver DVD. I'm not a beginner or anything, just got it because I liked the shorter workouts (like 4DS) sometimes. I really get a good workout out of them (well, not right now... I'm 7 months pregnant and not doing too much step right now). I did mix and match them with other Cathe workouts during the week, making sure to get in one day of Muscle Endurance and one day of Butts & Guts to balance everything out.
 
i have only done 2 workouts off it really. i do like it b/c i like the body blast series. i love the lower body workout on timesaver. not sure why i don't do it more i guess b/c i have the whole series and i make shorter workouts out of the ones i already have. i should stick this one in a rotation next month. i am going back to work end of august and my morning workout time is going to be shortened.

I have this dvd but don't seem to use it very much. I guess I have so many other Cathes to choose from. I do really like the leg workout for a short workout. I also use to use the shorter cardios for days when I wanted to add on to another workout. I might just have to pull it out again.
