Time-frame of the heavy weight downloads for LMR2 pre-orders?

I have now sent 4 emails to Customer Service with questions. I have not received any response, yet! Hoping for something. Stonewalling is not good for customer relations!

I am hopeful that we will receive a reply very soon. Silence on the part of SNM is NOT a reply. I did notice that the question has been asked on FB but even on FB, SNM /Cathe has not replied. No reply is not a reply.
It's called stonewalling ... google when a business engages in stonewalling... very apt.

So sorry that you also have not received a response. Hopefully, you will be provided with a response very soon. Honestly, I do not understand the delayed response!
 
@Debinmi and others ...whatever response you receive, is it possible you guys could share to the questions thread?

I'm sure there are others who could benefit from the information you receive.
Sure. My questions were related to preorder cancelation procedures and the refund process. You send an email to CS, refund is available in about a week. Keep your bonus downloads if you took them. Cancel anytime in the process. Hopefully it won't come to that.
