THURSDAY workouts

Hello gang!

I fried my chest today doing S&H "chest" for main course and PH "chest" for dessert.
I also did 35 min on the stairmaster and 10 min rowing.
Now I'm ready and go to the post office and mail taxes. Oh, happy day!

Hello,
I missed yesterday so today I did bodymax all out. Tonight I have volleyball so I hope I can lift my arm to spike after all that weightlifting!

Oh Mari, I fry my chest everytime I do Slow and Heavy Chest but it is the only one I feel the next day so it is worth it.

Sharon I hope you can spike the ball good tonight.

I did a hodge podge of Back, Biceps and Abs today, since I did Legs and Glutes on Tuesday I figured that I had better make it an endurance week sooo I did Back segments from MIS and PH (did anybody notice that BM doesn't have a back segment or could I just not find it?!) then I did biceps segments off of MIS and BM, then did ABs off of MIS and BM plus the warmup of PSBB&A and cooldowns from MIS & BM. :p All in all it ended up being about a 50 min. workout which wasn't too bad considering I was just throwing it together.:D

Hello too!I started today with PLB standing legs, then added my own calf raises and leg extensions. For cardio I did a mix of NordicTrack, Imax2 and Rhtyhmic Step for a total of 45 min. Bodymax Chest and Back as I was short on time. Tax day...yuk....I was bad and waited til the last minute....hope I do better this year.....:)..Carole
 
I did Push Pull today. I LOVE this workout! I go as heavy as I safely can so that I burn out in one set. I feel completely worked and it takes less than an hour. I read somewhere that one set of lifting 70%-80% of your one rep max results in 80% of the strength gains seen over a period of 3 months. I think the second set was suppose to contribute something like 15% to stength gains. This was probably more info from Douglas Brooks.
 
Did Imax for cardio, then Pure strength BBA and CST, felt wiped but great! Imax gets me everytime, I forget how much I like that one too when I'm in the mood for something simple and straightforward. It's amazing how different a workout can feel depending on how one feels that particular day!

Hi Mari! Great workout you had! Thursday I did chest/shoulders/tris & abs from ME. Friday is my rest day so I won't check back in until Monday. Have a great weekend! Kathy:D
