We were just discussing the awesomeness of Cardio Kicks yesterday -- hooray for more hi/lo party time!
I love the Live HiiT workouts, but I welcome some variety, too.

I think Cathe is a mind reader, she always seems to do the classes I want to do. This was so much fun and will be doing it again soon. I've notice this month so far, I've done more Cathe live than any of her dvds. I love having this.
 
This was a fabulous workout! More like this one, please! :D
I particularly liked that the warm-up felt built into the workout (using UB cardio with gloves to get warm, but starting right off at a decent clip) and that the cooldown and stretch were combined into a short dynamic stretching segment. It was a full, efficient 40-ish minute workout.
A winner -- possibly my fave Live cardio along with Solid Cardio + HiiT. (Kickbox + Compound Weights really rocked, too.)
