Thursday 5/13 workout

I half heartedly did PSSL&A leaving out sit and stands and deadlifts. I don't know what is wrong with me lately but I used to like working my legs and seeing how much I could squat. Well now I dread doing legs and then like today when I do it I don't have my whole heart into it. :+ :( I don't know what to do to motivate myself to work my legs again. Don't get me wrong I still work them just not with the gusto that I did. sigh! I still enjoy upper body so that is not a problem. Can you get burned out on one body part?!?:eek:

Annette, you may just need to rest your legs a little. I do think that there is such a thing that getting burned out on only one body part. Sometimes I do that with my shoulders...
My first Power90X workout today -- I feel like a traitor here on Cathe's forum.
I started out with Ripped Abs. 15 min but very intense with a few unusual moves. After that I did the famous Plyometric. Not as intense as I thought it would be, but definitely something different. I don't think my heart rate was particularly high, maybe on the 120ish or so. (The battery just went dead in my monitor this morning.) Tomorrow I'll do Shoulders and Arms.

Annette...maybe knock the weight amount you lift down about 10 lbs. I just did this with Leaner Legs as my legs were a bit sore from my weekend run and it really felt nice not to lift as heavy as I had for a change. Also if you have Legs&Glutes try that as it has less weight and is really fun. Today I did S&H legs & abs, my own supersets of shoulders, biceps and triceps, then a Nordic HIIT workout and finished with KPC abs. Felt great!!...:)...Carole
