I half heartedly did PSSL&A leaving out sit and stands and deadlifts. I don't know what is wrong with me lately but I used to like working my legs and seeing how much I could squat. Well now I dread doing legs and then like today when I do it I don't have my whole heart into it. :+
I don't know what to do to motivate myself to work my legs again. Don't get me wrong I still work them just not with the gusto that I did. sigh! I still enjoy upper body so that is not a problem. Can you get burned out on one body part?!?
