I love the way the new workouts have almost no breakdown on the routines....I've been exercising for a long time and I understand some breakdowns help with the intensity of the workouts...but with these shorter workouts they would become boring with time....just keep throwing the moves at me...I love it.

Same here! I love the new workouts Cathe!:7 I am so happy that you understand one does not have to spend hours and hours working out, personally, I start losing focus and intensity after 60 minutes of anything, making these newer workouts your best yet.
I am a firm believer in "get in and out" and keep it intense, it really gets the job done. I appreciate this so much, thanks again for all you do, you awesome babe you!:7

I agree 100%!!!! I will learn the workouts and it is nice not to have to fast forward through a boring breakdown or repeated instructions over and over and over! Just keep on a throwin'!

I absolutely agree. I love having a workout that takes a few tries to get. I'm still thinking through some of HIS for next time. Super fun.
 
I agree, also, since the cardios are only about 30 min, I am not pacing myself that often as I would do for a longer workout. I can really jump in and give it all I got knowing that it won't be too long before a rest.

I like that the moves aren't broken down so, Cathe, throw it at me, too!

Hi Everyone! Glad you are enjoying the "less breakdown" approach in this series. When it comes to doing the warm up and cardio in a 30 minute segment, there really is no other way to do it in order for it to feel refreshing, efficient, and sufficient. Glad you likey:7
