Thoughts on Past Rotations - need advise fast

Hi, I've complete Aug 05 Bootcamp rotation and Jan 06 Let's work rotation, as of tonight. Thinking of one of the following next, any one done these and your thoughts on them?

June 06 Rock Bottoms
Feb 05 Cardio Blast
Aug 04 Rotation
May 07 Premixes
Mar 06 Strong like a Bull
Apr 07 Rotation

Appreciate any thoughts on the above.

What are your goals for the next 30 days... Each of those Rotations are targeted to meet different needs/desires.
 
Hi!

I just finished the Jan 06 rotation - didn't eat as clean as I should have. This rotation had a lot of high impact. This next month I'm going to focus on my eating and I would like to burn fat and inches and get some definition.

I did the March '06 Strong Like Bull rotation. This one really got me into shape. I think this was my first Cathe rotation and it really leaned me out. I was never into strength training until I started with Cathe and this one made a major difference for me. Thanks for reminding me of this. I might do this one again real soon.

Thanks for the information! Did you eat super clean? I think I'm afraid to reduce cardio after doing the Jan 06 rotation. I'm sort of a cardio junkie :)
 
I was a cardio junkie too but reducing cardio definitely helped me. When you do too much cardio, you lose muscle in the process which is what we're trying to gain. At the time I did the rotation, I was writing down everything I ate and that's when the weight started coming off. I had at least one cheat day on the weekend. I did this rotation about 5 months after discovering Cathe and I was really trying hard to do all the right things. I had never done strength training before discovering Cathe and I think this was what I needed to get my body in shape.

Hi Jane,

I had good results with the April 07 rotation. I was somewhat clean with my eating and lost some body fat.

Hi Colleen!

That is the rotation I started today! Hoping it works!! Hard for me to cut out cardio. I did add some arm drills from Tracey's Cardio Sweatfest (skipped the legs, just doubled the arms). I'm hoping this rotation is a good one and I have some results like you've had!!

I have just finished a second round of the Aug. 04 fat loss/leg & glute rotation (modified to fit my needs) and love what it's doing for me. In fact, someone else posted another thread on this. I start round three tomorrow.

I just wanted to let you know I checked out my old logs and found that I lost 7 pounds during the Strong Like Bull rotation. I was eating pretty clean then and I think upping the strength training with less cardio made the difference for me. It was also at the beginning of my weight loss journey so the weight came off much quicker back then. I'm now within about 7 pounds of my goal and the weight loss is much slower now.

Congrats on your weight loss!!! That's awesome to be so close to your goal!!! Great job!! I will likely be doing the Strong like Bull rotation next. I've been doing heavy cardio for a while as I just can't get myself to kick it, so I figured I'd slowly reduce it
