Those with VHS: length of the new vids?

Connie1

Cathlete
Panting over the imminent arrival of my DVD's, I went back to the descriptions of the new workouts and noticed that Muscle Endurance has a shorter, 50-minute version. Well, what is the full length of this video?

I am partial to less-than-an-hour videos because I work out at 5 a.m. before work, but that doesn't mean I'd ever give up any of my longer ones (BodyMax, MIS, MIC) for use on weekend days, days off, to split up, etc.

One other thing-- I admit I have awakened 15 to 30 minutes early in the past week so it's possible that my time slot could be stretched. Also as my fitness improves I might be able to get Power Hour done in closer to an hour!! It takes me 75 minutes now.

If any of these is more than an hour then I'm more excited because it means more Cathe for the money!

So please let me know!

Thanks!

Connie-
I love your little pic! Wish I could figure out how to do it too.
You have no idea how thrilled i am to hear that you also take 75 mins. to do PH!! I know how fit you are and how long you've been working out and I thought it was just a beginner thing.

I've been away from the forum for about a week because things got really busy at work, and I'm still trying to adjust. I like all the new features though. I see Cathe now includes a spot for adding aol buddy names. Would love to include you on my buddy list if you have an aol name. :)

Connie, it also usually takes me 70-75 minutes to do Power Hour, and I usually add extra rests to all my weight workouts, with the exception of Slow and HEavy.

Thank you, Luvcardio!

Thanks also Nancy and Kathy. Well, getting that little pic is almost more trouble than it's worth! What a lot of time it took me! And, every picture program is different, so the original picture tweaking takes quite a bit of time. You will notice my pic is squished a little like a fun house mirror. It could be worse, though.

Nancy, since this forum change, I got ICQ. I wonder if I'll use it though. I have Yahoo messenger. I don't ever run those darned things because they tend to spew spam. How's AOL IM with that?

I see we have e-mail notification now! I'm checking it here!

This is great info!!! I am so happy to know that Cathe has given such incredible workouts! (I don't have mine yet but know it's true!) She gives us maximum torture in the minimum amount of time, in an hour or less ;)

I am so excited!!!

Connie-
AOL IM is excellent and it's free. I've been using it for 7 years now and it is still state of the art and way ahead of the others. There's no spam, unless you count the panel at the top of the buddy list, but I don't think you will find that to be bothersome at all.
