How do you incorporate it? Do you do the whole thing once per week or premixes more than once per week? Would the overall legs premix and gym style legs be good for 2 lower body workouts each week? I'm finding that with B7G, it's so long overall I wouldn't have time to add upper that same day. I also would think you'd have to work your legs more than once per week to get them toned up. By the way, I just watched it once through and THAT made my legs hurt
