those who use B&G

How do you incorporate it? Do you do the whole thing once per week or premixes more than once per week? Would the overall legs premix and gym style legs be good for 2 lower body workouts each week? I'm finding that with B7G, it's so long overall I wouldn't have time to add upper that same day. I also would think you'd have to work your legs more than once per week to get them toned up. By the way, I just watched it once through and THAT made my legs hurt :)

I work legs twice a week. I do either pyramid lower body, leaner legs or gym style legs earlier in the week. Then on one of the weekend days I go all out and do B&G.
You could also choose to do it without the ab part, which makes it shorter. I totally understand, I personally start to "zone out" after 60 mintues of any workout, which makes Cardio Fusion the hardest for me to get through.
I would rather break up my routine, doing cardio in the am, and weights in the pm. Just make sure you are recovered from leg workout #1, before you do leg workout #2!
I do the premixes only when short on time, or very unmotivated/tired, or when I need a change, the newer tapes have fabulous premixes, just as hard, or harder than doing the whole workout!!}(

I do Gym Style Legs on Wednesday and B&G on Saturday when I have a little more time. You could skip the abs to make it shorter. I love B&G.

I very rarely workout upper and lower body on the same day. I get better results with 2 & 3 day splits.

If I'm doing a 3 day split, I'll work out legs once per week and I'd do this workout in its entirety.

If I'm doing a 2 day split, I'll work out legs twice per week and use the premix for one workout and gym styles for my second.
