Do the hexagone platemates fit on 12lb dumbbells?

I have the doughnut shaped ones and they do not fit my hexagone 12lb dumbbells that I just bought.

Hi Elaine! Yes the hexagone platemates fit on any dbs except for the neoprene ones. Kathy

PS: The doughnut ones you bought are only used for your plates on a bb.

Elaine - yes the hex ones fit on a 12 lb dumbbell. In fact, they fit good on a 10 lb dumbbell too. Not sure about any lower than that since I have neoprene from 8 down. I believe you can start using the doughnut ones on 20 lbs and up.

They also fit on rubber coated Troy lite wight plates. Useful for tricep/French press/skull crushers.

Yes, the donut ones fit fine on a 20# or larger dumbbell.

I've tried using mine on my Troylite rubber coated plates and I have to be very careful or they fall off

I actually use my donut shaped ones on my 15lb hex dumbbells and I have no problem with them on my troy lite barbell.
