That was so gracefull!

I am envious of the grace and strength they have to float 'effortlessly' (hee!) into chatarunga from any other position!:)

I can't even figure out how to do a normal chatarunga!

Plus, the video is really adding to my questioning of the whole definition of what fitness is anyway, and who is fit, and what it takes and how much working out you have to do to consider yourself fit.

Yeah, "floating" is beyond me, too. But hoping one day I can come a wee bit close! You know, after years of cardio and weights, I thought I was so fit and strong. So this year, I started incorporating yoga (vinyasa mostly), to the point where I practice 45 min to 1 hour every morning at dawn. Well, when I started, I couldn't believe how inflexible I had become. And while I looked muscular, I didn't have that "whole body" strength that comes with the different flows. I've gotten more DOMS from yoga this year than I have from weights! Maybe I should start a yoga check-in???

Is the chatarunga a move that only comes with time/practice, or is there some sort of trick (or hints) to do it well?

Since I can't even do one BG pushup, I'm thinking the chatarunga is completely out of the question for me?

They do look so light doing that. I can't even come close (I 'thunk' rather than float!)
