My morning Pilates mat classes are actually catching on at the gym!! I'm even beginning to enjoy teaching them myself. There are a handful of new members that do nothing but Pilates and walking and running. If you had asked me a few weeks ago would it be successful, I would have said no. I've got a group of about 8-10 people that have learned the exercises well enough that I don't have to spot them so much which leaves me free to help the newbies more.
How long before my ballerina body appears?
Does anyone, maybe Cinza, know of a message board similar to this but for Pilates rather than aerobics?
And another question. I've got a few ladies that want to adhere strictly to the Pilates guidelines for the time being. However, my training gave me no information on what ol' Joe wants you to eat. Did he recommend vegetarianism?
