the workout band

i did the pre-order for cathe's new dvds... i noticed the gym style requires a band... is this the same band that is used for stretching? or.. can someone tell me what it is and where i can get one? thanks!!c

You can get these at any fitness store. I actually just ordered a 3 pack from Amazon.com (3 different tension levels). It was only $10 for all 3.

Hi Susan! You will be receiving the green band we are using in the workouts(medium tension). The pink band was only used in stretch max to coordinate with the outfits, but your green one will be fine for stretch too

A bargain-price source for bands (Theraband brand) are Physical Therapy places. They have uncut rolls and will cut bands for you at any length you specify. I found this cheaper than amazon. I picked up some on a brief visit to California (from India where I live) by looking up physical therapy places in the yellow pages.
