Morning Coolers! (Thanks for the new identity jeanette - I LUV being a "cooler"!!!)
Well it appears that Wednesday we all just talked ourselves silly so everyone was tired yesterday...at least too tired to type!:+
Puter up & functioning:7 , a new client officially signed yesterday:7 & a bugger of a hip issue for me:-(
All I know is that somewhere between GS Legs & Plyo Legs I can hardly walk at all - cant bend forward- cant semi squat- cant sit upright- cant stand once I sit...YES- I am more pathetic looking than my rehab clients ...Its the hip muscle - thank goodness its a muscle...! YIKES this is a bad one. Am going to research the best course of action on WebMD & AFPA this morning.... I REALLY want to get in P90X Sh/Bi/Tri & will do so as I need the muscle rebuilt- will just modify & probably not lift heavy-

Happy it was REST yesterday..I'm sure you are giving your workouts 1000% vs 950% just because of working thru stress. Take care of your body...Feel free to chime in with ACE recommendations for this damn hip if you have time. Most painful thing I've ever experienced! At least I hardly notice the RC pain tho!;-) Hope your weekend isnt filled with crisis mode management...Good thoughts to you

WOW- those poor kids are kept out LATE for sports! I'd never make it!:7 Hope you enjoyed he Cauliflower Mash! I LUV the South Neach version...its the ONLY way to get me to eat cauliflower as I find it tasteless... My mom raised us with it cooked to ZERO life form smothered in real butter...It was actually a butter with a few limp pieces of cauliflower- YUCK! even back then. Shes a BUTTER FREAK! Makes Paula Dean look like a weenie!:+ LUV'd your occupation description! You are so amazingly funny!

Great workout!!! Hope those hammies are nice & loose today..well- Firm but loose!;-) Hope today is relaxing as Saturday will be 150MPH I'm sure. DH told me late last night that he is waiting for me to finish work Saturday (11am) to go to bay...I think he jas finally assimilated the outrageous amount of $$ that we had to spend in March- add in his new shiny 1800.00 tires & I told him how the cow ate the cabbage! :7

Yes- thanks for the reminder about Wendys schedule this time of year...I was worried about her but it makes perfect sense...See, we all really do NEED to take mini breaks from time to time... Other than vacations have you ever taken a break from here? I dont think so... As hard as it feels the first day or 2 for me I always get alot out of the time away. ~~ LMAO on the Spending Spree! You go girl! Its not like you're spending ba-zillions right? Just a few necessities for spring/summer!}( LOL on your abs obsession now! Hope dinner out last night was ma-va-lous! Do you have these type of events alot in your world? I'd be big as a house if I ate social dinner out regularly... WooHoo on loving PYRAMIDS! Its such a killer isnt it???? One of the best ways to train to really shock your muscles.

a. Isnt that relative based on where you lived when you actually traveled? Anyway…You decide..Calgary & Puerto Rico & Jamaica
4. Where are you planning you next vacation?
a. Cabo San Lukas in October- knock wood- if its anywhere else it will be an "emergency CA visit" - dont make me go!!!
5. What made you smile today?
a. Just about EVERY email I got- it must have been a happy day across the planet…even the spam was funny! Did ya know you can grow a penis to be nearly 12 inches long!? Wendy/Laurie/Deb…I forwarded it to you!
6. What do you do for a living?
a. My tax form says personal trainer but that’s mainly so I can write off all the workout toys I buy…. I am mainly a SAHM to 2 Goldens & Big Burley Fisherman Man (Think the dude on the frozen seafood container)
