The Pyramids

I have the gym style series and slow and heavy. Can the pyramids offer me anything that those DVDs don't? I don't know whether to get them or not.

I love the Pyramids!! I have all her weight work, and these workouts are great :) It's a different challenge than GS and S&H b/c the intention is to switch weight through the workout (PUB is done with all dumbells for easy switching). It has great premixes, too (pyreamid up or down) so you can focus on your specific goals. And no other Cathe work gives me quite the DOMS in my biceps as PUB. Oh, my!! I say go for it :)

The Pyramids are my favorites. I love the bonus upper & lower body workout. Pyramid Upper body is one that I do all the time I love it.

Abs on the ball are a killer:*

Hi Kim,

The pyramids are a different style of training than what you already own. Your body may respond well to the change.

Also, It is a two day split or can be used as a nice total body workout. I really like the ab work.

The premixes are done well on this DVD.

I can attest to the DOMS in the biceps. I just moved up to 12 lbs. as my "top" weight and I had that "outer body experience" Cathe was talking about. }(
