Cathe you could of fooled me. I did the Lower Body Pyramid the other day and thought it wasn't too hard, but HELLO, when I woke up the next day my legs were so sore, I can't remember the last time I felt this sore and I have all your other tapes and do the same weight as you. Well, to my surprise again, I did the Upper Body Pyramid yesterday, and Again, OWWWWWW, I got up today and boy am I sore, they don't seem as hard as some of your other tapes, but I guess the name is right, the Intensity and it works because you feel it the next day. Bravo!!! Thanks again for your great workouts!-Pam

I'm with you here! I did PUB this morning thinking it won't be so bad. HA! My biceps, chest, everything was a burning! I know I'll be feeling this tomorrow. I stretch every evening for about 45mn but I still get sore the next day! Susan

Pam,

I am right there with you! My lats and shoulders are waving at me this morning big time from yesterdays PUB workout! :)
That way of training really works your muscles hard!

My entire upper body is screaming Cathe's name today after doing PUB yesterday. Every muscle is sore in one form or fashion! I really feel it through my chest and triceps though. It's that kind of soreness that makes you feel like you really did something good! Susan

just wanna add a big "me too" to this thread!!

I've been rotating S&H, MIS and PS for over a year and the pyramid series kicked my butt! Not while I was doing it, but the next day! I'm sitting here at work stretching my muscles cuz they are sore! (but in a really really good way :)

how about the ab/core work on the ball.. I LOVE IT! I've been using the stability ball for about 6 months and I'm thrilled that cathe included it in the new series
