Cathe you could of fooled me. I did the Lower Body Pyramid the other day and thought it wasn't too hard, but HELLO, when I woke up the next day my legs were so sore, I can't remember the last time I felt this sore and I have all your other tapes and do the same weight as you. Well, to my surprise again, I did the Upper Body Pyramid yesterday, and Again, OWWWWWW, I got up today and boy am I sore, they don't seem as hard as some of your other tapes, but I guess the name is right, the Intensity and it works because you feel it the next day.
