Just wanted to say thanks. Two weeks ago we had a house fire and lost most everything. Needless to say I was pretty depressed. Two of my cathe videos and my step survived. My sweet husband had them cleaned and brought them to me. I set up in my temporary home and started stepping. I feel so much better and wanted to thank you!

I'm really sorry to hear about that. A house fire ranks right up there for my worst nightmare. I hope everyone made it out okay and that you don't have too much trouble with insurance. Of course, wouldn't you know that Cathe could even survive a fire! Now that's fitness!

I am so very sorry for you. You must be a very strong person to endure such a loss. I am glad you were able to step again. I find that very inspirational. I am so sorry to hear of your house fire Sherim! But I am relieved to hear that you and your husband/family are okay. This of course, above all else, is the most important thing. Everything can be replaced but life. This happened to a friend of mine too and it is such a devastating loss. It just sickens you down to your core, doesn't it?
