The "NO DIET" checkin

Well Linda, I can totally relate. Since being on vacation I bet I've gained 5#. I am feeling very fat today and will eat on target today and tomorrow, then I'm back on vacation until Monday. It's so hard to eat right when my dh is home. I try, but it's just hard when we are not home. I'm trying not to stress about it, but my jeans are so tight today I could cry.

Hopefully I'll be sick of eating junk food by Monday and get back to eating moderately. Actually, I know I will.

Oh, I so feel for you and the jeans. That's what I want more than anything, is for all my clothes to fit again.:(:(:(:(:(

Hi everyone
I'm late? I hope not, This is the longs tread I ever see, I was wondering if is there any spot for my self, anyways, How's that everyone here eating anything you want in moderation are loosing wight?

5 mg BBC'A and Glutamine.

lats of salad and Tuna.( burrito)
Snack
1 slice of whole wheat bread with

Good news! Since I have stopped stressing and obsessing over my eats and treats, calories and input, I have finally broken the threshold I've been stuck at for 2 months! I have finally dropped below the 126 mark! Yea!!!!! I'm down to 125.6 today! I think letting go is what has done it! I haven't changed anything at all except as mentioned above. Another .6 pounds and I will be at final goal!

WorseEnemy - Hang in there and try not to worry about it so much. What is your workout routine?

INSANITY, insane workout's, I heard that everyone who is doing the routine as it is, have last weight, so the first month I did sts meso2 and insanity, and this second month I will do only insanity.
6 days x week, so I'm on the right path. I just have to be patient..

YAY for you tricia!! Good job :D

So far so good this week, Sunday I ate more than I should have but was pretty active all day so it's all good :p

I really want to get Insanity so i just might cave this week :D

Have a great day everyone!

Don't worry Debbie! That's what vacations are for! :) You'll be right back down fast once you're home! In the meantime, enjoy yourself!

My DH and I will be going on one soon as well and I intend to enjoy myself! We are going to Vegas for his mother's wedding (No. 3), but will only be there for a day. Then, we fly to SF, pick up a rental car, crash at the hotel. The next day we pick up the wine train. After that, we spend one day in Napa Valley, one night at the Vinter's Inn, and one day in Sonoma - wine tasting and more wine tasting! We're also squeezing a balloon ride in there too! The Vintner's has a jogging path through the vineyards and we intend to take advantage of that! So, it's an activity packed few days! Can't wait! I have no intention of worrying about my food or weight while I'm gone! My last vacation to my niece's wedding, I didn't gain anything, surprisingly with all the wedding rehearsal food and reception food, and lots of wine! :D

BTW, how does one maintain? I'm excellent at gaining and getting pretty darn good at losing weight, but I'm nervous about working on leveling off. Any suggestions would be great! I'm getting a little nervous because when I weighed in this morning, I was down another pound to 124.4. It's time to level off.

Eunice, Welcome!!!!

WHo here has the INsanity series and should I purchase it? Just want to know if people see results

prage64@harter:

I have it and I really, really like it! But you have to be up for a lot of jumping and plank work.
Resistance work, start a good rhythm but later on the 3th round you have to dig( that's what Shaun T said) and try hard.

The first month is 45 to 35 min. long the second month is 55 to 60 min long, but is wort ed, I end my day ready for bed.

So, is a good investment go for it!!

Where has everyone been? Come on out everyone! Don't let our check in die! We are all working hard to maintain our weight without tracking or lose those last few pounds, etc. We need each other!

I have had a great weekend! Even though it rained on Saturday, I took my pups to the vet for their shots and went to a movie, saw The Gamer! Good flick!

Sunday, we went for brunch at a restaurant a friend of mine works at, then came home, loaded the bikes and went for a ride on the Blackstone Valley Bike Path. What beautiful scenery on that route! We came home and got ready for a friend from Boston to come over and had a very nice visit.

So, how has everyone else been doing lately?
