The Mini-Step

I am intersted in the Mini Step that is being offered. My old firm 14" box from 1991 is wearing at the bottom and is going to need to be replaced soon. How is it working for you? Thanks!

I think the high step is a great investment. You have the option to make it so many different heights and if you also have the club step, you can interchange the risers. I also like it because it's very stable and durable.

I agree, you will love the high step, it is worth every penny. I was using the firm box too until last week. I got my high step in 3 days and my firm box went promptly in the garbage!!! I "highly" suggest getting one. It has better grip on the platform and is more adjustable. The price is fair too. If you get the platform with 5 risers you get a Cathe DVD too. It is a beginners/intermediate workout, but is great for light days or when you don't have a lot of time. It can also be used with other workouts when you want to do a bit more.
I'd love to hear if you get one and how you like it!

I think I am going to get one in May. I just ordered seven of her VHS at that incredible price. They must be trying to clear them out of the warehouse. What I need is a Cathe section in my monthly budget! I still have that Firm step but boy is is getting bad (the price was great at $30.00 with shipping back in 91'). Thank you for the information.

TC-I recently converted from the incline box and the fanny lifter to the full size club step and the high step topper. BEST investment ever! (Well, aside from Cathe's workouts :+ )

The High Step is far superior to the Firm's product. I had/have the Fanny Lifter's...three of them at three different heights. They now serve various purposes in my house as step stools for the kids.

The High Step is far more stable, is non slip, and has a larger landing area for your foot or your tush when doing the hover squats...Cathe calls them Sit N Stands.

It is worth the dollars spent.

I am trying to justify buying a second one for my son to use. A-Jock worked out a great strength rotation for him and I have been doing the workouts with him but when the time comes and he graduates to doing lunges with the step we will be fighting over the one I have!
