The Intensity series.

Hi, I do have this series but I never know how to do a rotation, if any one has please share with me.
-1. Boot Camp + Muscle Endurance

2. Imax 2 + Cardio & Weights

3. Pyramid Upper and Lower Body

4. Tha terminator

I love the way my body respond to this exercises, I dont lose my muscle and burn the fat.

I don't think there was ever a rotation posted for the Intensity series. I always thought the idea was since there was 3 cardio workouts and 3 weight workouts that it was designed to be 6 workouts in one week alternating cardio with weights.

It's my favourite series!!! I rarely use it as a stand only series but Cathe often uses these workouts in her monthly rotations.
 
One of the problems of trying to make up a rotation with just the Intensity series workouts is that 5 of the 6 workouts uses weights, rendering it difficult to stick to the rule of 48 hours rest for each muscle group after weight training.

It is easier if you combine the Intensity series with DVDs from another series or from Cathe's entire DVD library.

S, what other DVDs by Cathe do you own that we could combine to make rotations for you?

Hi, what Im doin now is boot camp monday, wed, fri, tués cross fire,thurs tabata 5 levels, sat step low impact, follow week: mon,wed, fri step challenge like that.
