Happy Friday this week has really gone by fast, is it just me?
Last night – Muscle Endurance, man oh man, the workout really felted good. It has been a very longgggg time since I’ve done the workout.
This morning, 1 hour jog on me treadie. Tonight, hm….lets see! I think, Gin Miller Step Power Workout, has anyone ever done this workout before? It an oldie but goodie. I love it, she has a live band and they jam. On the side of the band there are firer bowls ( I guess I can call it that) that blazes up though out the whole workout, its pretty cool. She keeps me rocking and rolling.
Yesterday, they told us about another post we could post under that would replace this one. Well this one has been around for a long time so I dubbed it the Historic post for today. We have been around for a looooooong time and I feel we need a permanant place on the Cathe open discussion,LOL!!

This morning I did a cardio premix from SB/SJP followed by SJP abs and stretch. It's so much fun combineing the two workouts, keeps them fresh.
I chuckled at your title Annette. The daily check was a part of this forum when I started lurking, which was long before I ever registered. You and Carole have been the constants on the Daily check in as so many others of us have come and gone. I don't think of my workouts as a personal rotation as they are never planned out before the fact. I have enough structure in my life, I need to be a little unpredictable some way, that's where my workouts come in;-) :+ :7
Teddygirl, I haven't ever done a Gin Miller workout but have often wondered about them. That one sounds intriguing and very creative.
