Does anyone else love this show? Great writing, directing, acting, sets etc. I love this show. If you have not seen it, give it a try. It is wonderful!
 
I do! This is about the only show I try to catch on a regular basis. I love the sarcastic humor and it is all around pretty wholesome. I'm looking forward to the season premier tonight.

Some girls in my youth group are absolutely addicted to this show!! They love it, and I have yet to see it myself. You may have just pushed me over here with this post. I think I will set up a Season Pass with Tivo and check it out. If nothing else, I will have something else to talk about with the chicas:)
 
I love this show! I just found it last year - and then learned it was on its 5th year! But I caught up pretty fast. It is so funny! I can't wait to see what Luke says tonight!
 
Around here we LOVE, LOVE, LOVE, this show!!! I have 3 daughters 16,14 and 11 and I totally live vicariously through Lorelie (sp?):p . The dialogue in this show is wonderful and the characters so well developed. We don't get it until Wednesday so we'll just have to wait until then to see what Luke saysx( I have a huge secret crush on Luke, he's so cute and endearingly bewildered underneath his crusty exterior (he cleans up pretty good too!):)

Oh my God - don't get me started on this show. I am totally spoiled about the season opener - I know exactly what happens so I am looking forward to watcing it unfold before my very eyes.

Luke/Scott Patterson is the hottest thing on two legs. In fact, the other characters can take a hike and just make it The Diner/Backwards Baseball Hat Man Show.

Yeah, so there are some fans. I am so pleased. Not enough people watch this show but thank goodness, the folks are the network have kept it going. There isn't enough good TV, but this show makes up for so much lost. Thanks for responding!
 
Well, I decided after Tuesday nights show to stop watching this. Laureli is a whiner and poor Rory, I just think the show has gone down hill. Melissa
 
Okay I need a summary!

I haven't seen this show since the beginning or middle of last season... and then I saw the last 15 minutes of last night's show. Anyone care to catch me up? I would really appreciate it.

ROry quit college. She had an internship at a newspaper belonging to her boyfriends father. The father said she didn't have any talent. That night, she stole a boat with bf and got busted. Now she has 300 hours community service. She lives in her grandparents guest house which they are remodeling for her. Also, she and her mom are not talking because of the whole quitting school thing. Laureli is not talking to her parents because they sided with Rory. Laureli started and Inn which is doing well. Her and Luke are engaged. I don't know what happened to Rory's boyfriend (Logan). This is very brief. Sorry. Melissa
