I've almost decided on doing a full body today(go ahead and get it over with for the week) May do MIS again...it pretty much kicked my butt last week.

Roxie-Nice job on your workout yesterday.

I will bbl to report my workout.

BTW-I started another ticker today, i reached my goal on the last ticker(to get rid of water weight):D I'm going to try and lose 4lbs before the end of the month...it may be pushing it but I'm determined!!

Tonite will be a walk in the park CLX Burn Circuit 1 and then maybe Insanity, for some reason I keep putting that off.

This morning I did CC V 4. I ordered puch Pull/ Super sets DVD last week. It shuuld arrive tomorrow. I won't beable to do the upper body for a bit but I can at least do the lower body. I have Push Pull on VHS. Super Sets will be new for me.

Never did come back yesterday and report my workout. Did MIS, it was great but i had to lay off the leg work after the back lunges, my left quad starting hurting a little. :(

The Braves tonight...YAY!!! Can't wait to cheer on my Team ! Go BRAVES! I plan on packing me some snacks. DH and the kids are eating there.

Yesterdays Calories were great! 1390, thats low for me but i wasn't really hungry so i took advantage. Today will be 1500 since im doing KB.


Sooooooo, the gym down the street is offering a member ship right now without any 'membership' fee's. Its $25 a month.It would be nice to get out of here for an hour on some days and just workout by myself with no noise in the back ground. Its about 3miles from my house....DH said go for it. I just hate that commitment every month. To me, its like keeping up with another bill
:confused:(and im such a penny pincher,LOL)still deciding:rolleyes:. If nothing else i could try it for a month and see how I like it?

Today is suppose to be a rest day for me but the way things are going at work right now KB sounds like a winner. Its still raining here so don't know if I will be able to go for a walk.

Amelia-I say do it for 1 month and see how you like it.
 
Workout done. Decided to give Tony a try today and did Kenpo X then some Rodney yoga.

Im going to do some experimenting for lunch. I've got some left over left over meat from last night in there and some brown rice. Think i will make me some Rice Pilaf for lunch w/tomato's, garlic & basil & a pc of meat.

Roxie-Have a good workout tonight! Im going to check out that gym soon. I didn't think to ask if they have a year membership requirement...will see

I won a fitness basket at my son's end of the season soccer pinic. It had a Cathe yoga mat,head phones for an ipod, 12pack of gateraide (?sp), a 32oz nalgene bottle, a jump rope, and a 1 month membership to the 24 hour gym that was just built a year ago in our town. I probably won't get to use the gym until September, when the kidos are back in school.

Yesterday I did Plyo-legs the first disc and abs from STJ. My butt is very sore today. This morning I did CCV 3. I had a hard time to get going,but once the first challenge was upon me I did great!

gotta run, a little doggy has her head resting on my lap and is making little crying type noises. I think she wants her walk.
 
Morning

Im exhausted this morning. We didn't get home from the baseball game until 1:30am, there was a 2 hour rain delay:( We left in the bottom of the 7th inning (there were losing anyways and i was 'done' with it all)

I had my meals all planned out but by the time 11:30 came around i was really hungry. Im usually asleep by that time. DH got a cheeseburger meal and all four of us had some, i had about three bites of a cheeseburger then a small hand full of fries and felt better. Before that i had about 1450 calories wise so im estimating my calories after words around 1700-1900 so im still happy with my self. We also spent a lot of time walking around so i know i got rid of some of those extra calories.

I plan on getting in a nice power walk later on the treadmill today and thats it..im too tired. I'm suppose to go pick up my brother today so he can swim with the kids, sigh, just don't feel like going anywhere:confused:

Elaine-How cool to win a fitness basket...yay on the membership!!!!

I ended up taking a rest day yesterday so now im having to alter my rotation to fit that in. Today is cardio, thinking of doing the step combo's in C&W. I also plan on mowing the back yard later this evening(if it doesn't rain)

Finally, I got a workout in. Outside, jog/walk. I have got to snap out of it and get my workouts under control. I have such a big case of the "I don't wannas". My energy is spent and I need to get it back.

Sounds like everyone else is doing better good with their rotations. I need to join the club.

Tonite for me is CLX Burn Intervals and Ab Burner. It is finally clear here today all the rivers are expected to flow out of there banks this afternoon, 2 apartment complexs have had to be evacuated.

Amelia-enjoy whatever cardio you decide on and I will keep my fingers crossed it doesn't rain.

Jean-I still slip up at least once a week we are only human pick yourself up dust yourself off and get back on the wagon.

Amelia: I love that LIC premix, infact that is what I use on that DVD. I never use it the way it was produced.

This morning I really had to force myself out of bed. I did STep Moves for 20min. then MM abs and Namaste yoga from fitTv. I really am not liking Step moves. I have not made it through once yet.

I really need to do something about the way I eat. What I am doing is not working. I want to take part in some organized challenge (ex.BFFM summer challenge or Cathy savage summer smack down) but I am afraid to fail. Does that sound dumb? I guess my doubt in myself is my down fall. I guess I need to really think about this.

Roxie: thanks for the pep talk.:)

This morning I did a podrunner wk2 ( a walk jog). It was great to be outside early in the morning.

I think I am developing a Morton's neuroma in my right foot. Probably from the elliptical and my foot going numb. Darn it's always seems to be something. I am icing it and going to look into some arch support just for that type of condition. I'll be avoiding the elliptical for a bit. Hoepfully it will resolve it self. Keep your fingers crossed.

I'll try to check in later. I am going to be staining my pool deck today with the help of my DS(15).
