Roxie, how scary about the rivers. Glad you are not near them. Why is it that the areas that get rain get too much and the ones that need don't? We could use some rain here.

Elaine sorry to hear about your foot. Hope it resolves quickly. Did you ever get any good recommendations for shoes that help the numbness? As for the eating challenge, I'm the same way. Just signing when this thread started was a challenge to me. I too need to do something about the eating. I'm thinking about trying the Shakeology shakes. I just wish they weren't so pricy. I compared their nutrition to my meal replacements I got from 24 hour and Shakeology is so much better. My dilema, if I spend the money will I actually use it properly and see results or will I spend the money, fall off the wagon and see the only shrinking is my wallet.

Today was another jog. I'm going to try to get back to some steady workouts and jogging is the easy thing. No equipment to drag out and put away.

Tonite for me is CLX Burn Circuit 3 and then the workout I have scheduled for tomarrow since they are both short workouts this way I can get my house clean and then grab some sun.

Jean-maybe spending the money is the incentive to follow and stay on the program.

Today will be 4ds legs then maybe some yoga...I also plan on mowing the back yard, yesterday i got about 10minutes into it then a thunderstorm started blowing in:mad: I hate starting something then not finishing.

Elaine-I know how your feeling...it took me three months to finally take that first step to getting back on my plan(for me its calorie counting) this is my third week and so far so good. I started a blog and it helped a lot. I can go there when i get frustrated and just 'type' it out instead of eating( I'm an emotional eater). Im sure when you make up your mind, nothing will stop you!

Roxie-I got about 30minutes of sun yesterday before calling it quits.

My workout is done...4ds legs. Yay! Glad thats over with.

Man, im not sure if its the strict calorie diet that im on but this morning i woke up starving, stomach growling and all. I ignored it, drank some water then my coffee and I felt better but wow, what a crappy feeling to wake up too:confused: I ate 1500 cals yesterday,plenty for me! Guess my body was getting ready to eat my fat and it made a last effort:p;)

Today is suppose to be CLX Burn It Off but I need a break from Chalene and since its only a 20min workout I think I will do SJP Step only some time today need to get some rooms cleaned and then get outside before its way to hot already hot.

Amelia-enjoy whatever you do today hope you get some pool time.
 
Looks like no sun for me today its cloudy the wind is blowing 80 miles and hour and we are in a thunderstorm watch for the entire day. It was so nice 2 hours ago.

Well my WI this morning was great! I lost about 5lbs this week...Last Sunday's weight was 180.4, todays weight 175.8:eek: Im sure next weeks weight loss won't be as much since it was TOM last week...will see. Im so proud of myself this week:D 150 HERE I COME! (im kinda wondering about my calories now...maybe i should increase them? Or maybe i shouldn't;) eating about 1500-1550 a day)

Today is Cardio and Weights. Were taking the kids to see Toy Story 3 this evening, can't wait. This is the first 'family' movie we have seen together. I think my son(5) will sit still for toy story3;)

Im also having a cheat meal...Yay! Not sure what yet but im allowing 2000 calories for today.

Yesterday I did lowmax step combo's only then some yoga.

Roxie-I didn't get to lay in the sun either yesterday. It was mostly cloudy all day & we have to go get some more chemicals for the pool, with all the rain this week just shocking it isn't working. Time for some chlorine tabs or something, ARG.

I did yesterdays workout and then CLX Recharge. Last night DD and her DH came over and we played washers outside but it was so hot and humid so we came in a played pool until they put us in a severe thunderstorm warning then we all went outside and watched the storm roll in.

Amelia-it did clear off enough I could lay outside. We are taking DH to the lake today for fathers day so I will get some more sun today. Congrats on the wt. loss.

Hey girls, quick check in. Its almost bedtime but i wanted to report todays workout. Decided on Drill max and WOW was it one hour of pure sweat. What a challenging workout:eek: I wore my HRM (first time in a while) and I burned right at 500 cals. I then did C&W abbs.

Nice job on your workout Roxie and thanks!
