The camera proves it - Cathletes jump higher!

We shot the slow motion video during today's filming of Ripped With HiiT Plyo One using an iPhone 6+. This is a short workout, but it has teeth!

That's why I liked Brenda. She was more human like and didn't jump as high as everyone else. It made me not feel as bad for not jumping as high.

Remember Deezie in Cardio Core Circuit? She looked like she could do that workout 2 times through back-to-back.

Maybe she's just showing some teeth, but I doubt it. She's always smiling, kinda like "what else you got??"
