Hi! I was just wondering what your opinions are for bulding muscle and definition? I have MIS, and PS chest, shoulders, triceps, and Leaner Legs. I know what cardio to do but I really have to lose the saddlebags and butt, oh and of course, my inner thighs could go, too! I have Standong Legs by the Firm also which I think it the toughest lower body tape ever! Any suggestions will really help. I am 31 5'9 and about 195lbs so I have about 50 to lose, but I consider myself an intermediate to lower advanced exerciser.
