The best weight tape?

Hi! I was just wondering what your opinions are for bulding muscle and definition? I have MIS, and PS chest, shoulders, triceps, and Leaner Legs. I know what cardio to do but I really have to lose the saddlebags and butt, oh and of course, my inner thighs could go, too! I have Standong Legs by the Firm also which I think it the toughest lower body tape ever! Any suggestions will really help. I am 31 5'9 and about 195lbs so I have about 50 to lose, but I consider myself an intermediate to lower advanced exerciser.
 
PS Legs has floor work which will target inner and outer thighs. I like this tape better than any Firm ones with floor work. Also, kickboxing works the outer thighs very well.
 
You have great tapes already!Since you want to downsize your lower body area, I recommend that you do your cardio first then add on a toning segment!Good old fashioned floor work!15 minutes ! Lying on your side do outter thigh lifts(100)inner thigh lifts(100)now turn your leg upright and do quadricep lifts(100)do other side! Then roll on your hands and knees and do leg lifts with a hamstring curl(100)when your done both legs go back and hold your one leg in a bent position and push the heel of your foot to the ceiling and go "halfway down where hips are aligned and push back up(50)Eventually you can add ankle weights or a dumbell for resistance! But for now I would do a high rep overload to thin out! For your standing leg work do 20 of squats,plies,lunges(front and back,)*walking lunges are the best if you have the room*romanian deadlifts,front side and back kicks and plies with calf raises!I would work you lower body 5xs a week just with this targeted lower body workout with no weights and modify as you start to see results!
